Three NY Strips, one Sirloin, two Fillets. Three cuts, three textures, one ranch. A full week of dinners from land you’ve likely walked.

Four NY Strips and two Sirloins. The cuts you cook on a Tuesday and the cuts you put out for company. Raised on high-elevation Colorado range. Close to where you live.

From cattle raised on high-elevation Western Slope range. One bone-in ribeye. Built for open fire, a full table, and the kind of meal that doesn’t need an occasion to justify it.

Everything we offer in one box: three NY Strips, one Sirloin, two Fillets, two Ribeyes. The full range of what WSR raises and how we cut it. Named for the land arrangements that make ranching on the Western Slope possible — and that put our cattle on some of Colorado’s highest country.

All our beef comes from Western States Ranches, headquartered in Delta County, Colorado, where our cattle graze on irrigated pastures and native rangeland. We use regenerative ranching practices that restore soil health, improve water retention, and support thriving ecosystems that produce flavorful, high-quality beef.
Regenerative ranching focuses on restoring the land by improving soil health, renewing natural cycles, and increasing biodiversity. By managing our land and cattle in harmony with nature, we create a balanced system that sustains the land and produces exceptional beef.
